Variation: There may be times that chambering your knee is necessary. For example, when

you’re being lifted and your bodies are very close, you’ll want to lift your knee slightly in

front of your body to be sure your heel makes contact with the attacker’s groin. If you only

send your foot back, your calf will make contact with the groin and the foot with the butt.

Think of kicking yourself in the butt with your heel from any position and you’ll hit the

intended target: the groin.
